The Pal Dobot offers excellent integration flexibility to adapt to your facility.

The base frame has two dedicated pallet slots, allowing the cobot to continuously load the second pallet while the operator replaces the first one.

The configuration can be adapted to a variety of layouts: 1 conveyor for 1 or 2 pallets, or even 2 conveyors for 2 pallets.

Cell feeding can be optimized using motorized 90-degree transfers or by adding standalone Interroll accumulation conveyors to manage the separation of cartons upstream.

Designed for optimal safety and continuous collaborative industrial use, the machine is built around high-performance cobots (DOBOT CR10, CR20, or CR30 models) capable of handling payloads of up to 30 kg within a reach of 1,800 mm.

In addition, the suction cup gripper is equipped with a presence sensor that immediately stops the cell and alerts the operator if a carton is accidentally released.

To accommodate a wide range of logistics applications, the Pal Dobot offers several options:

–Protective enclosures: Enhanced safety in the work area through the addition of a mesh enclosure with a light curtain, or via sliding doors for pallet access in high-throughput applications.

–Divider management: Integration of a dedicated system for the automated insertion and removal of dividers between layers of cardboard.

–Accumulation conveyor: Addition of standalone Interroll modules to connect the output of your taping machine to the palletizing cell and manage material flow.

–90° transfer: Motorized transfer module connected to a straight conveyor (1 m) to change the direction in which the carton arrives (from longitudinal to transverse).
