The 2P Palletizer offers excellent integration flexibility with a footprint of 4.8 m x 3 m, all housed in a single compact frame that includes safety features. Product feeding is handled by an infeed conveyor, while an outfeed conveyor is also integrated to manage non-conforming items. Regarding pallet handling, the machine accepts standard EURO, CHEP, US, and other formats. Pallet loading and unloading operations are fully adaptable to your logistics needs and can be performed manually, using a forklift, or via AGVs.
Designed for optimal performance and continuous industrial reliability, the architecture of the 2P Palletizer is built around a 6-axis robot. The robot’s gripper is highly adaptable and can be equipped with either a clamp system or a vacuum system, ensuring gentle handling of packages and maximum operational efficiency.
