Filling line
The UNISTA range of robotic production lines is designed to meet the most demanding requirements in terms of flexibility and format changes on modern packaging lines.
Using state-of-the-art components, these all-in-one robotic solutions (distribution, dosing, capping, and labeling) ensure continuous and reliable production for virtually all types of packaging and caps.
Thanks to the integration of robots, high-precision vision systems, and 3D-printed parts, our lines allow for very quick changeovers (20 to 30 minutes) without the need for tools.
Designed for Industry 4.0, these closed monoblock lines offer exceptional productivity per square meter. They incorporate automatic clean-in-place (CIP) cycles to ensure perfect hygiene and minimize downtime, replacing the work of several operators while securing production.
Industry 4.0 Design : Closed monoblock architecture ensuring a high standard of quality.
Easy format change : Use of 3D-printed parts based on a simple scan of the product, enabling rapid time to market.
Maximum flexibility : Reduction of buffer zones thanks to intelligent conveyor systems (magnetic or pucks).
Visual and software management : Transparent, illuminated cabinets, detailed reports on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and downtime.
Intelligent design : Capable of replacing up to 8 operators thanks to advanced robotization (Delta robots).
Full compatibility : All types and shapes of containers and caps (transparent or opaque).
Wide range of products : Ideal for soaps, shampoos, emulsions, household products, chemicals, perfumes, and skin care products.
Versatile power supply : Operates with or without pucks , with instant adjustment.
Up to 50–60 containers per minute (ppm)
Up to 100 - 120 ppm
Note: The flow rate is adjusted according to the specific requirements of the project, the viscosity of the liquid, and the components selected.
Intelligent transportation :
Magneticline : Magnetic conveyor with independent management of each shuttle, allowing for the future addition of stations and incorporating an anti-splash function for low-viscosity liquids.
Puckline : A pucks transport system pucks automatic pucks adjustment pucks pucks operator intervention.
Dosage : Flow meter system (up to 16 nozzles) with automatic dose tracking, integrated CIP procedure (up to 99 programmable settings) and the option to rotate the bottle during filling for highly viscous liquids.
Capping : Unique system on the market using 2 or 3 robots and 4 to 8 screw heads. It allows for the sorting and feeding of all types of caps (pumps, sprays, flip-tops) without any mutual contact or accumulation.
Continuous labeling : Dual labeling heads to maximize uptime.
Control and Quality : Advanced vision systems with backlighting to verify the presence and quality of closures at each stage.
This all-in-one solution is a closed monoblock architecture integrating distribution, dosing, capping, and labeling. It offers exceptional productivity per square meter.
The Flexi-Line guarantees ultra-fast series changeovers in 20 to 30 minutes without tools. It uses format parts printed in 3D from a simple scan of the product.
Depending on the configuration and viscosity, the line achieves speeds of 50 to 60 strokes per minute, reaching up to 100-120 strokes per minute for fast projects.
The flow meter dosing module incorporates automatic cleaning-in-place (CIP) cycles for perfect hygiene. It manages up to 16 nozzles and adapts filling to highly viscous liquids by switching to volumetric dosing units.
UNISTA offers the Magneticline (magnetic conveyor with independent shuttle management) or the Puckline (pucks ), which reduce buffer zones and accommodate unstable vials.
The unique capping system uses 2 to 3 robots to sort and feed all types of caps (pumps, sprays) without mutual contact or accumulation, thus preventing damage.
