This machine efficiently handles tray picking from pallets, product picking by row in the tray, and complete management of empty trays. It stands out for its high flexibility, allowing for quick and easy format changes to a new product without the need for specific tools.

The TRAY DEPAL offers excellent flexibility for integration into your production line.
During unloading, products can be directed to various systems: mechanical conveyors, magnetic conveyors, pucks conveyors, levitation systems, or mechanical transfer systems.
The drop-off location is dedicated and adjusted according to the customer's specific application.
Regarding pallet management, the machine accepts all sizes and materials (wood, plastic, etc.), including EURO, CHEP, US, and other standards.
Pallet management and the removal of empty pallets can be carried out manually, by conveyor, or via AGVs.
Finally, the machine enclosure can be adapted to your safety standards with access via a standard door, automatic door, or no door.
Designed to handle plastic or metal packaging with precision, the TRAY DEPAL 's kinematics are based on 3-axis technology. Its architecture is built around two synchronized robots for maximum efficiency:
– ROBOT 1 is dedicated to depalletizing the tray containing the product, feeding it to the pick-up area, then recovering and palletizing the empty tray.
– ROBOT 2 picks up the product from the tray and places it on the transfer system.
To adapt to a wide range of applications, the TRAY DEPAL offers several standard options:
– Product orientation
