The Carousel Assembler offers remarkable integration flexibility, with dimensions ranging from 1.5 m x 1.5 m for ultra-compact versions up to 7 m x 7 m, depending on the configuration selected.

Products are transferred via a centralized carousel capable of accommodating 8 to 24 assembly stations. The machine is fed by a feeder that is directly integrated with an elevator conveyor.

Finally, it can accommodate a wide variety of input and output formats, including bulk, semi-bulk, pallets, pucks, thermoformed trays, boxes, and even manual loading.

Designed for optimal performance and ready to use thanks to its "plug & produce" chassis, the machine is certified to meet CE and UL standards.

The robotic architecture can accommodate up to six (or more) multi-jointed robots, ensuring precise handling and high operational reliability.

To ensure consistent quality control, the equipment comes standard with a high-performance vision and lighting system.

To accommodate a wide range of applications, the Carousel Assembler offers several options:
–Orientation detection: Integration of a camera dedicated to detecting product orientation.
