The MAGNETICLINE offers remarkable integration flexibility thanks to its intelligent magnetic conveyor module, which minimizes accumulation zones. This advanced transport system adapts to various types of packaging without requiring pucks bulky format parts. The shuttles are easily removable for quick and simple cleaning or changeovers. Additionally, the conveyor features a splash-proof function, ensuring optimal transfer even for bottles with high fill levels and low viscosity. The system is highly scalable, offering the flexibility to add new formats at a later stage.

Designed for optimal performance and continuous industrial reliability, the closed architecture of the MAGNETICLINE enables high quality standards to be maintained. The machine is equipped with comprehensive monitoring software that provides detailed real-time data, including reports, downtime analysis, and OEE. The robotic configuration of the closure station can integrate up to two Delta robots, capable of replacing the work of 8 operators, while ensuring optimal distribution and preserving the most fragile caps. The system also guarantees high precision thanks to its self-learning dose tracking.

Advanced dosing system (FlexiFiller) : Robotic unit with flow meter, capable of rotating the packaging during filling (ideal for high-viscosity liquids). Incorporates an automatic clean-in-place (CIP) procedure with up to 99 programmable settings to ensure fast and efficient cleaning.

Continuous labeling (FlexiLabellers) : Non-stop labeling possible thanks to a dual applicator head, maximizing uptime (TRG).

Compliance check (Closures) : Integrated verification system to check the quality and effective presence of the cap.
