The ROTO LABELLER offers excellent flexibility for integration into your production line. Labeling is performed specifically on round and conical bottles. It is capable of handling packaging materials such as PE and PET. The machine’s standard configuration includes a conveyor and a separator. The equipment features a single labeling head that accommodates rolls with a diameter of 300 or 400 mm and supports label sizes of 160, 240, or 300 mm.
Designed for continuous industrial reliability, the machine’s architecture incorporates specialized mechanical components to ensure maximum precision. The dispensing system is based on an applicator. Depending on the transfer configuration selected, the machine delivers tailored performance: it can achieve throughput rates of up to 60 parts per minute with a roller system, or up to 150 parts per minute with a belt system.
