The Robotics Labeller offers exceptional ergonomics and integration. Seamless integration with your existing line is ensured by a FLEX Hippodrome transfer conveyor. At the heart of the machine, products are transferred via an intelligent magnetic conveyor equipped with shuttles.

Designed with operators in mind, the machine offers step-through access and features safety glass doors, a dust-proof upper deck, and zone-specific LED lights to aid in operation.

The line is operated with great ease thanks to fixed and mobile HMI interfaces that comply with the UNISTA standard.

Designed for total industrial reliability, the machine is built on a mechanically welded frame that meets UNISTA standards. The system uses multi-jointed robots to load bottles and pick up labels. The precision of the process relies on a sophisticated set of vision systems:

-Smart alignment: A camera detects the bottom of the bottle (spout) and remembers the position of the window to apply the label perfectly, even if the glass is misaligned.

-Dynamic correction: The vacuum gripper on the labeling robot is equipped with a camera that locates the label after it is picked up to correct its coordinates (X, Y, and angle) just before it is placed on the bottle.

-Inspection and smoothing: The application process is completed by a rotating smoothing module (using pressure or a fixed roller), followed by a rigorous camera inspection to verify the presence and final position of the label.

To meet the specific requirements of your products, the Robotics Labeller can be configured with several options:

-Top labeling: Integration of a standalone labeling machine equipped with a "wipe-on" applicator featuring a foam roller and a Y/Z manipulator for precise placement.

-Printing and laser marking: Integration of a print head or laser marking system on the bottom of the glass, adjusted by a digital lift.

-Advanced Inspection (Vision): Addition of a dedicated camera to verify the presence and accuracy of laser markings, such as batch number recognition (OCR).

-Complex orientation: Integration of additional cameras for recognizing recessed windows.
