Case Packer Cover
The UNISTA’S CASE PACKER COVERING from UNISTA is an innovative robotic case packing solution designed for high-performance packaging in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and home care industries.
This versatile machine provides robotic cases forming cases the need for adjustments or tooling, as well as product grouping using Delta robots. It stands out for its integrated approach, which combines all these features within a single frame.
Its key distinguishing feature lies in the the placement of the carton by capping directly onto the product group, which takes place on a conveyor. This design optimizes compactness, reduces intermediate transfers, and improves the overall reliability of the process.
Thanks to its high-performance design, the machine achieves a throughput of 10 to 15 cases minute, ensuring smooth and efficient integration into production lines.

The CASE PACKER COVERING offers great flexibility for integration with a compact footprint of 3 m x 6 m.
The cases sealed from the top and bottom using a double-web transfer system. This can be done:
The bottom flaps remain closed during the transfer of the case, ensuring a continuous and controlled flow.
Designed for continuous industrial performance, the CASE PACKER COVERING system can incorporate:
Among these facilities:
This configuration ensures high availability, reduces product touchpoints, and optimizes workflows.
To accommodate a wide range of applications, CASE PACKER COVERING offers several standard options:

This innovative boxing machine achieves a high output of 10 to 15 cases minute, ensuring seamless integration into your production lines.
Its key distinguishing feature is the placement of the cardboard box directly over the group of products on the conveyor, thereby optimizing space efficiency.
The equipment handles packages ranging from 200x100x80 mm to 400x300x300 mm, or 600x400x300 mm for standard wide configurations, without requiring any adjustments or tools.
The system incorporates up to two Delta robots for rapid product grouping and up to three 6-axis robots for forming and placement.
The cases are sealed at the top and bottom using either adhesive tape or hot-melt glue during the transfer process.
Standard features include automatic labeling, printing on cases direct traceability, and quantity control systems to ensure proper filling.
