The Magnetic Assembler offers complete integration flexibility, with dimensions and the number of assembly stations fully customizable to meet your needs.
Products are transported via a magnetic conveyor system equipped with independent shuttles for optimal flexibility of movement.
The machine is fed by a feeder that incorporates an elevator conveyor. Finally, it can accommodate a wide range of input and output formats: bulk, semi-bulk, pallets, pucks, thermoformed trays (PTF), boxes, tubes, cases, or even manual loading.
Designed for optimal performance and rapid deployment, the machine’s architecture is based on a “plug & produce” chassis.
This open platform allows you to integrate any type of robot (DELTA, SCARA, 6-axis, etc.) according to your specific requirements.
To ensure a reliable process and consistent quality control, the equipment comes standard with a vision system equipped with lighting.
The entire system is certified to meet CE and UL standards.
