The FLEXI-PALLETIZER is available in three main configurations to suit your floor space requirements:

  • Robotic 1P (1 pallet) : Pallet-by-pallet loading with minimal footprint.
  • Robotic 2P (2 pallets) : Pallet loading one pallet at a time with an extended working area for two pallets.
  • Robotic AP (Automatic Pallet Transfer) : Automatic transfer of pallets by conveyor to the work area and automatic removal of full pallets.
  • Collaborative Palletizer: Simple palletizing with a collaborative robot.

  • Trays and tray handling.
  • All types of palletizing patterns.

 

Compatible pallet types:

  • EURO, CHEP, US, JAPAN, half pallets, disposable pallets, box pallets, etc.
  • Materials: Plastic, cardboard, wood, metal, etc.

The speed is adjusted according to the robot model, the component format, and the selected palletizing pattern:

Standard : 1 to 10 boxes/min.

High speed : Customized solutions up to 30 boxes/min depending on the application.

  • Empty pallet destacker : Automatic storage system for increased autonomy.
  • Motorized orientation module : For precise positioning of asymmetrical products on the pallet.
  • Printing and application: Labeling of cases palletizing
  • Laser marking : Integration of batch numbers or barcodes directly onto the product or packaging before palletizing.
