The AP Palletizer offers excellent integration flexibility with a compact footprint of 3.5 m x 4 m, all housed in a single compact frame that includes safety features. Product feeding is handled by an infeed conveyor, while a reject conveyor is also integrated for flow management. Regarding pallet handling, the machine accommodates standard EURO, CHEP, US, and other formats. Pallet loading and unloading operations are fully adaptable to your logistics needs and can be performed manually, using a forklift, or via AGVs.
Designed for optimal performance and continuous industrial reliability, the architecture of the AP Palletizer can accommodate one 6-axis robot. The gripper on these robots is highly adaptable and can be equipped with either a gripper system or a vacuum system, ensuring gentle handling of packages and maximum operational efficiency.
