The BOTTLES SORTER C1 offers excellent integration flexibility with a footprint of 3.25 m x 1.9 m. The machine is fed by a 1.0 m³ hopper equipped with an elevator conveyor. Upon discharge, products can be directed to various systems according to your needs: vacuum conveyors, pucks systems, or magnetic conveyors. Product transfer within the machine is handled by a dedicated carousel.

Designed for optimal performance and continuous industrial reliability, the machine’s architecture features a robust frame certified to CE and UL standards. To ensure flawless visual sorting, the equipment comes standard with a camera system paired with lighting, all complemented by integrated backlighting. The robotic configuration, based on a single Delta or Scara robot, ensures fast and gentle handling of products without recirculation, minimizing the risk of damage and optimizing operational efficiency.
