The CAROUSEL CASE PACKER offers excellent integration flexibility with a compact footprint of 3 m x 5 m. Product feeding is handled by mechanical or robotic grouping , while the cases magazine cases a capacity of 2 x 0.6 m. The machine adapts to multiple packaging formats, supporting dimensions ranging from 200x100x80 mm up to 400x300x300 mm, or 600x400x300 mm for wider standard configurations. Transfer is carried out via a carousel incorporating 2 stations for cases and 3 or 4 stations equipped with vacuum grippers for handling cartons. Finally, the cases sealed from the top and bottom using adhesive tape, accompanied by a double-belt transfer system.

Designed for optimal performance and continuous industrial reliability, the architecture of the CAROUSEL CASE PACKER can integrate up to 3 6-axis robots. Among them, 1 or 2 robots are dedicated to the automatic forming of cases their loading onto the carousel. The product loading operation is specifically performed by 1 loading robot equipped with flexible grippers—such as finger or vacuum systems—ensuring gentle product handling and maximum operational efficiency.
